Kybella is a non-surgical treatment to target the fat beneath the chin. It involves a series of deoxycholic acid injections to remove the unwanted fat cells in the area. Kybella is currently the only FDA-approved injectable to treat the appearance of a double chin.  It works best on small pockets of stubborn fat, like a double chin.
