What can I expect during a Kybella treatment? We carefully administer an injection called Kybella over the chin region to target submental fat. Only a very small needle is needed for Kybella injections, and the complete procedure often only takes 10 to 20 minutes.
When will I see the results of Kybella? Kybella results are not instantaneous. The injection will take three to six months to destroy the fat cells fully and for the body to eliminate those fat cells naturally.
How many Kybella treatments do I need? The number of treatments may vary based on the amount of fat beneath your chin and your overall aesthetic desires. We will cover this at your first appointment at Elevated Dermatology. The majority of our patients require two to four Kybella treatments to achieve their desired results.
