A few years ago I had some uncomfortable skin issues which prompted my original visit. We still don’t know exactly what it was but Dr. Wolf helped me. I’ve been dealing with acne my entire life and after Dr. Wolf helped me the first time I went back to her with my acne. I was so nervous because I’m used to being scammed with skin products for it. Dr. Wolf really helped me and I go back every so often to check in, but in the last years I’ve had very very minimal breakouts!

I found Elevated Dermatology after my husband was diagnosed by another practice with skin cancer. (They did not want to do a MOHs procedure so I went on the search for a new derm as I wanted a definitive removal). I have been so incredibly impressed with all of the staff and doctors here. When scheduling the appointment, the staff gave me a list of what they needed from the other clinic to ensure as streamline of a transition as possible and to eliminate repeating procedures that had already been done (like the biopsy). My husband was able to be promptly scheduled for his consultation and then promptly scheduled for his MOHs procedure. Dr. Chris clearly stays up to date on best practices and went over these recommendations with my husband and answered all of his questions in a way he could understand. Second to making him skin cancer free, it was important to me that my husband’s head be surgically closed after the procedure. I felt heard and my concerns taken seriously by Dr. Chris and the surgical assist. They assured me they felt confident they would be able to achieve a closure. While the procedure was being done, I was taken to a very nice comfortable waiting area with free WiFi, a little library with a variety of books, complementary snacks, water, and coffee. After the initial excision, my husband joined me to wait for the pathology results. Once clear margins were confirmed by their onsite pathology, my husband was taken back and his head was surgically closed by Dr. Kate (the facial plastics surgeon). She did a fantastic job with the closure and I have no doubt his scarring will be minimal. Post procedure care instructions were carefully reviewed before and after the procedure to ensure my husband understood how to care for his incision and any questions he had were answered.
